Main title

Hitting the TAB key should reveal the skip-to-content link. Activating the link should bounce you to the main title, and then using the TAB key again should move focus to the next link.

And this may not work in Firefox on OS X unless you do one/both of the following (see the mozillaZine knowledge base article.):

select All controls under Full Keyboard Access on the Shortcuts tab of the Keyboard section of System Preferences
set accessibility.tabfocus to 7 in about:config (an integer item you may have to add)
